After my first iGate successfully done, I decided to build my first tracker. Since I like to test things in the field, I will definitely use a tracker. I bought a Heltec Cubecell from Aliexpress. I bought an external GPS antenna and an PA as well. When powered by 5V, its power is about 3-4 watts.
I also bought external antenna and got to work. I found the code for programming the tracker on the Internet and modified it according to my requirements.
Right after the first turn on, the tracker worked very well and I started testing. The Smart Beaconing function works very well after setting it up. In the program code, you can set three profile levels depending on whether you use the tracker in a car, or when hiking or for other experimental activities.
