How to rebuild old LiPo

Since I was interested in model aircraft in the past, I decided to use old lipo batteries for the aprs tracker project. I had several old three-cell lipo batteries that had 11.1V. By simply disassembling and modifying the cells, I got 7.4V needed to power the APRS tracker.

First, I separated the cells and unsoldered the power cables and also the cables for balanced charging. Then I drew a simple wiring diagram for my purpose. Here it is:

I made two batteries in this way. The batteries work great, they give 7.4V and have 2200 mAh, which is enough for 48 hours of continuous operation of the tracker. I charge the batteries with an old model charger.
